Asylum Table Missing | External FileMaker Plug Ins

Windows OS 

  1. Close out FileMaker Pro (if application is still running) 

  2. Open File Explorer 

  3. Navigate to %localappdata%\Temp 

  4. Select and Delete subfolders "ContainerCache, DBCache, DBFielThumbnails, QuickStart" 

  5. Relaunch FileMaker Pro 

 

MAC OS 

  1. Close out FileMaker Pro (If application is still running) 

  2. Open "Finder" 

  3. Navigate to "Go" > "Go to Folder" > "~/Library/Caches" Folder 

  4. Select and Delete "com.filemaker.client.advance12" or "com.filemaker.client.pro12" 

  5. Find the 2nd FileMaker Folder > Delete all contents within that 2nd FileMaker Folder 

  6. Restart the computer 

  7. Relaunch FileMaker Pro
