Email Setup for Users

Reply to the ticket and ask when would be a good time for 10 min phone/teams call

On the call have them verify in their outlook that the od account is displaying first name last initial (Chris A) 

   - If it's not, schedule a new time to call later as their outlook has to be synced

Open the user Excel at IT Docs > ServRight.csv

Have them log into the self-service password reset site using the new ServRight account (Chris.Acosta@servrightservicing.com)

   - Tell them that the password corresponds to their name and make sure they update their passwords

Wait a few min for the password to sync, then navigate user in outlook to File > Add New Account

   - Have them sign into  the ServRight email using their updated password

Once it's been added, close the app and reopen

   - Verify that they can now see the new account showing the full email address (Chris.acosta@servrightservicing.com instead of Chris A)

Send a test email to their new ServRight email and make sure they can email back

Have them recreate the same folder structure that they have under the old mailbox (Chris A) under the new ServRight account
