Please submit a ticket in the CIVIC Help Center, and one of our Technicians will be able to assist you ASAP.
For any IT issues/questions/requests, please make sure to submit a ticket instead of directly contacting a Technician. Doing so may result in slower response times, and interferes with our IT auditing and issue tracking. Additionally, please open a new ticket for each specific issue/question/request you may have.
If you are unable to submit a ticket due to technical issues with your computer, please ask a colleague to submit the ticket on your behalf.
Lastly, please submit a new ticket even if you were previously working with a specific Technician. Our team will do our very best to handle or escalate any issue/question/request!
