Authentication Error Fix

  • Search for and open "Manage user certificates":

 

Manage user certificates Control panel

 

  • Expand "Trusted Root Certification Authorities", click on "Certificates", locate the certificate that starts with "FG6" and ends with "4530" (in both the Issued To and Issued By fields), right click the certificate > All Tasks > Export:

  • Click "Next", choose "Base-64 encoded X.509 (.CER)" and then click "Next" again:

 

Certificate Ex port Wizard Certficates can be exported in a variety of file formats. Select the format you want to use: O DER encoded binaryX.50g (.CER) @Base-64 encoded x. 509 (.CER) Cryptogra ic Message Syntax Standard - PKCS Certficates (.P7B) Include all certificates in the certfcaton path if possible O Personal Informaton Exchange - PKCS (.PFX) Include all certificates in the certfcaton path if possible Delete the private key if the export is Export all extended proper tes Enable certificate privacy O Microsoft Serialized Certificate Store (I SST) Next Cancel

 

  • Click on "Browse", select the Desktop as the destination, name the file "Fortinet SSL", click on "Save", and then click on "Next":

  • Click on "Finish" and then "OK"
  • Open Azure Storage Explorer > Edit > SSL Certificates > Import Certificates:

  • Locate and select "Fortinet SSL" from your Desktop, click on "Open", and then click on "Restart Now" in Azure Storage Explorer
