1. Give the dev's account local admin (https://civicfshelp.freshdesk.com/a/solutions/articles/48001227348)
2. Install NVM from the following path:
\\rb-deploy1\deployment$\Software\Dev Tools\(select the latest Developer Tools folder)\nvm-setup.exe
3. Enter the dev's credentials to install the software, and follow along with the prompts. Once it gets to the window asking where you would like to install the software, click Browse and change it to the following path:
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\nvm
4. Remove local admin from the dev's account
5. Once installed, NVM can be launched/utilized from a regular CMD window
