- Navigate to https://www.techsmith.com
- Sign in using the it.management@civicfs.com account (if you don't have the password, ask Luis or Vaughn)
- Click on the account icon in the upper right, and then My Account
- Click on My Products
- Download and install the 2023 version (or whatever the latest version is) with Multi User
- Let the installation complete, and then when prompted for the software key, choose to login to your account
- The it.management@civicfs.com will be logged in already, so it will automatically log into Snagit
- You may need to select 1 of 2 keys to continue. You can just use the first key selected and then press "Continue" to finish.
