- Open On-premises Active Directory with Elevated permissions.
- Create a new Account under the ServRight OU.
- Username naming convention: firstname.lastname
- Choose servrightservicing.com as the domain.
- Example: john.doe@servrightservicing.com
- Click Next. Type the temporary password for the user. Click Next.
- Verify that the information is correct, then Save.
