How to check to see if user's local admin access has been granted:
- Restart user's machine
- Once restarted, check if user has local admin access by running CMD as admin
- If machine does not prompt to enter username and pw, then user has local admin access
If it doesn't let the user use their admin creds after all this, make sure their password is up to date
- There is a setting where they can still login to Azure with their expired password, so if they say they can still login to Azure, double check this setting
Technician must monitor user's actions during entire window of temporary local admin access.
