1. Click on the blue shield icon (with a white check mark) in the system tray (bottom right-hand corner of your screen):
*If you do not see this icon in the System Tray, Click "^" on the system tray
2. Click on Connect to "Civic_VPN"
3. Enter your CIVIC credentials
- Username: firstname.lastname or firstname.lastname@civicfs.com
- Password: Your computer password
4. At 40-45%, a DUO notification will be sent to your mobile device. Approve the DUO authentication request to complete the connection:
5. Confirm you are connected to the VPN (there should now be a lock located on the VPN Icon)
