If you receive the "Credentials or SSLVPN configuration is wrong. (-7200)" error when connecting to the VPN, that is most likely due to the user's password being entered incorrectly, or it has been expired.
- Check Password Expiration Date
- Open Command Prompt
- Enter: "net user firstname.lastname /domain"
If the user's password is not expired, and they have tried their correct password multiple times, a restart will resolve the issue.
