Outlook Rebuild

Scroll down for a quicker option to clear up space


1. Open up File Explorer > This PC > Windows (C:) >Users > User Profile > AppData

  • In File Explorer - make sure "Hidden Items" box is checked under View Tab

2. Open AppData > Local > Microsoft > Outlook

  • Delete ALL files within the folder

3. Go back to AppData folder, navigate to AppData > Roaming > Microsoft > Outlook

  • Delete all the files within the folder

4. Restart the computer

5. Upon restart, run the Microsoft Outlook Application and sign in like usual

  • Make sure you are NOT connected to the VPN when doing so


Quicker Option:


1. Open Control Panel and Search for "Mail (Microsoft Outlook)"

2. Under Profiles, Select Show Profiles...

3. Remove ALL existing profiles, select Apply and OK

4. Restart the computer

5. Upon restart, run the Microsoft Outlook Application and sign in like usual

  • Make sure you are NOT connected to the VPN when doing so
