1. Visit https://pacwest.sharepoint.com/ and sign in using your Civic FS Email
2. Select 'Next'
3. Sign into your Civic FS Account
4. You will then be prompted to set up Microsoft Authenticator App (Download the application on your mobile device, if you haven't already). Select 'Next'
Download Microsoft Authenticator on your mobile device
iPhone: App Store > Search "Microsoft Authenticator' and install the application
Android: Google Play Store > Search "Microsoft Authenticator" and install the application
5. Select 'Next'
6. Scan the QR Code on the Microsoft Authenticator App on your mobile device and select 'Next'
On your mobile device, log into the Microsoft Authenticator App and hit '+' symbol in the top right hand corner (Select "Work or School Account" and Select "Scan QR Code")
7. A notification will appear on your Microsoft Authenticator App to Approve or Deny access
8. Select 'Next'
9. You have successfully set up Microsoft Authenticator
