On Azure Administrator Portal > Enable User Administrator
Open Local Active Directory Users and Computers
- Locate users active account
- Double Click and go to "Accounts" tab
- Change "User logon name" and "User logon name (pre-Windows 2000)
- Apply and Save
- General Tab > Change Email address
- Attribute Editor - "proxyAddresses" >
- Value to add: "SMTP:firstname.lastname@civicfs.com" (Primary)
- Value to add: "smtp:oldfirstname.oldlastname@civicfs.com" (Secondary)
Open Microsoft 365 Administrator Portal
- Check Sync Status under the Home for Azure AD Connect
*Display name - won't change - send in the laptop to update user laptop profile display name
* Following Business Day - Sign in with other new email address
Remote Users: Sign into VPN with new credentials and then log in using new credentials
