Location Change

Local AD:

1. Open Local Active Directory User and Computers

2. Navigate to Titan.local > CivicFS > Users

3. Double click on the user

4. Click on the General tab

5. Enter the Location in the Office field

6. Click Apply > OK


N-Central:


1. Open N-Central

2. Search for the user's device under All Devices

3. Check the box next to the device

4. Click on Move Devices

5. Under Site, select the location the device is being moved to

6. Click Next > Next > Finish


1. Search for the user's device under All Devices

2. Click on the device name

3. Click on the Asset tab

4. Click on the Configuration tab

5. Update the Location field 

6. Save
