Export/Import Passwords

  • Click on the three vertical lines in the upper right hand corner of Chrome
  • Click on Settings
New tab New window New Incognito window History Downloads Bookmarks Zoom Print... Cast... Find... More tools Edit Settings Help Exit 100% Cut Ctrl+T Ctrl+N Ctrl+Shift+N Ctrl+J Ctrl + p Ctrl+F Copy Paste
  • Click on the Autofill tab and then Password Manager
  • Click on the three vertical dots above the saved passwords
  • Click on Export passwords
Saved Passwords Site nordaccount.com Username Export passwords... Show Password
  • Enter your computer's password
  • Select which folder you would like to save the CSV file to, name it, and then click on Save

 

 

To Import Passwords, follow the same steps, but instead click on Import passwords, select the CSV password file you would like to import, and then click on Open.

 

*Note: if you do not see Import passwords as an option, do the following:

 

  1. Type chrome://flags in the URL bar
  2. Search for "password import"
  3. Toggle that setting to Enabled
  4. Chrome will re-launch, and that option will now be available
