1. Go to the user's device in N-Central
- Click on the device name
- Device has to be turned on to use this method
2. Click on Tools tab > Command Prompt > Start Session
3. Paste the command (use right click paste) below and hit Enter
wmic datafile where name="C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Google\\Chrome\\Application\\chrome.exe" get Version /value
Confirm that the version number returned is the correct one in the Manual Updates list
