1. Remote into the user's device
2. Go to This PC -> Windows C: -> SmartClientCache -> Apps
3. Make a copy of Ellie Mae
- Rename that copy to Ellie May - UAT (Or whatever version they're using)
4. Open UAT folder version
- Follow directory to Encompass and open
5. Point it to the correct server (For Patti, it's UAT)
- Only add the Number/Letter sequence and uncheck auto login
- Encompass PROD BE11143742
- Encompass DEV TEBE11149168
- Encompass UAT TEBE11217016
- Encompass QA TEBE11205304
6. After this you can create a shortcut for the new Encompass (UAT/Dev/ETC) and send it to their Desktop
- Whenever they need to access that specific version of Encompass, just have them open that one instead of the one pinned on their taskbar
