1. Copy Acrobat Cleaner, Offline Installer, and Adobe Reader from \\rb-deploy1\deployment$\Software\Adobe into the user's Temp folder
2. Go to \\rb-deploy1\deployment$\Software\EllieMae, and drag smartclient.exe to the Temp folder as well
3. Uninstall all Adobe products in Control Panel related to Acrobat
4. Uninstall Encompass SmartClient, Encompass eFolder, and Encompass Document Converter

- Don't delete SmartClient Core
5. Sign into local admin account
- Drag everything from Temp folder onto the Desktop
6. Run Adobe Cleaner
7. Install Encompass (Smart Client)
- VC and Reader will fail and don't install any stuff of Adobe that smartclient tries to install
*Visual C++ may successfully install, if this happens, exit installer and uninstall VC++, then re-initiate Encompass install*
- Let Encompass finish, but leave the installation window open
8. Install Adobe Reader
- While Reader is downloading, uninstall Visual C++ 2015 (x86)
- Make Reader your default when it launches
9. Resume the Encompass install, hit yes when installing VC++ 2015 (x86) again
- Go through Encompass setup
10. Login to user account
- Confirm that they can print and that everything is okay
11. Log back into civic.adm and Install Adobe Pro Offline
12. Have them sign in to Adobe Pro, it should set the default apps back to Pro
- After they sign in, go into Settings and set default back to Adobe Reader
- If not this will cause the crashes to happen again, as it doesn't like Pro
