Use this if they need access to loans in a specific area, like WA for example
- Open up user's account, then at the lower middle section click the edit button for "Loan Officer Active Licenses"
- You can now select the appropriate state that they would need access to
- Normally this is done by the Encompass team, but we are technically able to change this setting
