Unable to Sign into Encompass

1. Sign into Encompass

  • 2. Go to Encompass > Settings > System Administrator > All User Information > Find User

  • 3. Select and edit user account

  • Make sure User ID = firstname.lastname
  • Enable "Restricted to Single Sign On"

  2. 5. Sign in as Administrator

  3. 6. Go to Titan.local > CivicFS > Users > Find User

  4. 7. Double-click user profile

  5. 8. Select Attribute Editor > extensionAttribute1 > Set (firstname.lastname)

  6. 9. Select "Apply" and "OK"
